Position overview
The Product & Implementation Lead will translate business and client requirements into organized product scopes, workflows, implementation plans, and deliverables. This person will coordinate across MIG, prospective clients, and approved technical delivery partners to keep product development and pilot launches aligned with business objectives.
Core responsibilities
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Translate business challenges into product requirements and user stories
- Develop workflows, scopes, implementation plans, and project timelines
- Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Support demonstrations, pilots, onboarding, and client launches
- Document client feedback and recommend product improvements
- Maintain implementation documentation and status reporting
- Help ensure each product solves a clearly defined market problem
Qualifications
- Product management, implementation, SaaS, or enterprise operations experience
- Strong project-management and documentation capabilities
- Experience working with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Ability to translate between technical and nontechnical teams
- Strong organizational and client-communication skills
- Insurance, claims, compliance, construction, risk, or financial-services experience is preferred

This is a part-time contract or fractional engagement, not salaried employment. Hours, scope and rate are set in a written independent-contractor agreement.
